About Us
Greeley Sports Boosters is the parent
support group for the interscholastic sports programs at
Horace Greeley High School. We sponsor and work in
conjunction with Horace Greeley’s Athletic Department in
organizing:
- This website
- The sports schedule board downtown
- The Annual Homecoming Motorcade
- The Annual Greeley Basketball
Tournament each December
- The Greeley Games each spring
- Informational programs on
college recruitment, injury prevention, substance
abuse and other relevant topics
- The Student and Parent Handbook
for Athletics including a resource guide on the
recruiting process
- Sale of Greeley merchandise
In recent years, we have raised the necessary funds
to provide the school with outdoor scoreboards, the
sports sign downtown, team banners, season ending team
parties, a golf cart for the athletic fields and an
Athletic Honor Roll plaque for the gym to acknowledge
all of Greeley’s accomplished athletes each year.
Annual membership in Sports Boosters is $50 per
family. Not only does your membership payment support
our athletes, it entitles you to a free gift (available
at Greeley Open House in September) and 10% off all Greeley merchandise
sold by the Boosters.
Boosters Meetings are held in the Staff Conference
Room on the second Wednesday of each month at 7:30 pm
and are open to the community.
